We had a fantastic family vacation at this lovely resort. The staff at Diamond Resorts were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh sheets and towels regularly provided. The resort offers a great selection of swimming pools, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. We also loved how family-friendly the area of Crete is, with plenty of restaurants offering play areas for the little ones. The resort itself is well-maintained and conveniently located, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly and enjoyable family vacation.

Spacious rooms. Good furniture, good room equipment. Green cozy area, beautiful trees, good swimming pools. There's a sauna. Polite staff.

Parking isn't very convenient. Didn't work hammam, the sauna's little small. The Internet signal can be amplified.

Great location, all close by, room with a terrace resembles a cozy apartment with access to nature.

There was an oven in the description, and it turned out to be a microwave.

The staff at this venue went above and beyond in their service, especially the attentive waiter during breakfast. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were top-notch. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient features.

This resort is located very close to a decent beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. It's also conveniently located near the highway, allowing for easy access to other parts of the island. Another advantage is that it’s away from the crowded Elaphonisi beach.

Located near the beach and restaurants, the resort had great facilities like multiple swimming pools and a gym. Rooms were big with comfortable beds and balconies. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options.

Some minor maintenance issues like cracked tiles and doors that didn't open were noticed. The staff member checking out was rude and charged city tax twice, which was frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at Leoniki Residence! The room was clean and spacious, and the pool view during breakfast was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation experience. We were even offered early check-in and late check-out, which was a huge help as we were traveling with a baby. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a children's playground and multiple pools. The location was also convenient, with beautiful tavernas just a short walk away and a beach nearby. we definitely recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

the property was clean and spacious, with a large room and comfortable beds. the amenities were excellent, including four pools, a mini market, a restaurant, free WiFi, and air conditioning. the staff at the 24, hour reception went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. the hotel is conveniently located within a two, minute walk to ten beautiful tavernas and a five, minute walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach the city of Rethymnon in just 20 minutes.

Spent my Easter break in a hotel in Rethymno. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning which helped with the hot weather. the pool was great for relaxing and the beach was only a short walk away. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was very convenient. Had a wonderful time exploring the local area and trying out the delicious food.

The hotel could have been quieter as there was a lot of noise from other guests and traffic outside. the location was very busy with lots of tourists, so it was difficult to find a peaceful place.
